Do you want to find an activity that your whole team can participate in?
That requires actual teamwork?
But that doesn’t scream artificially awkward ‘team building’ games (and all the anxiety that brings to your team), something that is focussed on fun and encourages (but doesn’t force) participation, so that the teamwork feels like it just naturally happens?
A team-building ceilidh workshop may well be your thing.

What previous team-building workshop participants have said:
“5 stars – already recommended this to colleagues“
“Such a fun way to bring the team together and work off a bit of steam”
“It was enjoyable, no one moaned and felt positive”
“Wasn’t looking forward to this at all but it turned out to be a blast and thoroughly enjoyable”
“Great event for colleagues such as team building and where there are tensions within a team”
“It was fun, all could join in, led well and at a pace I could manage with welcome breaks”
“I’ve always been uncomfortable with dancing but Kate made me feel at ease”
“It was a thoroughly lovely afternoon, lots of laughter and learning a new skill with the team. Kate was a brilliant and patient teacher, it was really nice to do something active and fun.”
“I think the pricing was extremely good and well worth the money”
